Slice of Time Clock


Create attractive and functional art to serve as a focal point on a large wall or bookshelf. Stain or leave natural to bring a rustic touch to your room’s décor.


  • (5) bags of assorted wood slices
  • 4” large wood slice
  • Clock mechanism
  • Clock hands
  • 14” wood circle
  • Wooden craft numbers
  • Wood stain
  • Krazy Glue Maximum Bond


  1. Cut a 14” circle out of wood or purchase a pre-cut piece from your local home improvement store.
  2. Use Krazy Glue to attach the 4” wood slice to the 14” wood circle. Let dry.
  3. Drill a hole through the center of the 4” and 14” wood circle. Attach the clock hands and connect to the clock mechanism on the back.
  4. Arrange assorted wood slices, extending to the edge of the wood circle. Secure in place with Krazy Glue.
  5. Stain the wood numbers and let dry.
  6. Glue the numbers in place.
